Ireland - Named for the Irish heritage in my family.
Meet IRELAND, 1 yr old Sorrel yearling. She was resued on March 11, 2023 at the AZ auction. She is a gorgeous girl. Her official adoption day was March 13, 2023.
This was my first time meeting her and I love her with all my heart. :)
RJ -Named after my dad Robert James
RJ is a BLM donkey rescued at the June 10th AZ auction. He is as handsome as can be and had his official adoption day on June 29th, 2023. I met RJ in the auction holding pens with another BLM Jenny. He has been as sweet as can be from the moment I laid eyes on him. He reminds me of my dad with his peaceful and kind personality. Love at FIRST SIGHT!!! He is now part of our family!!! :)
Denali -I kept her name from the forest. My family loves Alaska & Denali is perfect for her!
Denali was rescued at 6 months old from the Arizona online Alpine Wild Horse Auction. She was alone without any of her immediate family in the auction. She was basically orphaned. The trauma of being rounded up, separated from her entire family and then waiting at the auction house to be auctioned off was more than any soul should have to deal with. I immediately fell in love with her when I saw her auction photo and heard her story. She is the daughter of Apache, who was named after the very forest the Alpine Wild Horses live are being rounded up from. Apache lives with SRWHMG. Denali is the SWEETEST girl and I'm so looking forward to letting her settle in and remember our connection as she feels more at home each day.
Bobby - Named after my dad Bob/Bobby
Bobby was just barely a month old when was put in the online auction. He was gifted to me for all the hard work/countless hours I spent fundraising, networking, posting, showing lives of Bobby and his herd. He has ALWAYS been a nugget of PURE JOY AND SUNSHINE!!! I love him SO MUCH!!! We ALL will be able to watch him grow up w/his herd! He is perfect and I'm THRILLED he is home!!!! He is about 7 1/2 months old now (July 2023).
I need to add to this picture because WE GREW BY TWO Sat 7/15/23!!! Bobby & Denali will be in this picture soon!!!!! THEY ARE HOME :)
